Tom Glick is the CEO of Hometown Soccer Holdings. Glick will focus on scaling the organization’s vision, leveraging his cross-league and new club and venue start-up expertise to position it as a competitive and commercially innovative force in the rapidly growing North American soccer landscape.  

Glick is a seasoned global sports executive with leadership roles spanning top-tier organizations including Manchester City FC & City Football Group, Chelsea FC, the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte FC, the NBA and Minor League Baseball. With a career that bridges commercial strategy, operations, and international growth, Glick has built a reputation for driving revenue expansion and modernizing sports organizations across multiple leagues. 

Chris Klein
President

Chris Klein is the President of Hometown Soccer Holdings. Klein brings a blend of on-field experience and executive leadership focused on building sustainable sporting and business performance to his role at Hometown Soccer.

Klein, a former MLS and U.S. Men’s National player, is an award-winning business leader and soccer executive who has helped grow and evolve the sport of soccer throughout North America over the course of his three decades working within the sport.Klein serves as the co-chair for the LA Host Committee for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Klein previously served as President of the LA Galaxy. From 2012 to 2023, Klein managed all business and sporting operations for Major League Soccer’s most recognized and successful club.
